Tpt1255/tpt1256 High-speed CAN FD transceiver

The tpt1255 device is a can transceiver that conforms to iso11898 high speed can (controller area network) physical layer standard. The equipment is designed for can FD networks up to 5 Mbps, and improves timing margin and higher data rate in long and high load networks. As a design equipment, it has cross line, overvoltage and loss grounding protection − 42 V to +42 V, over-temperature shutdown, a − 30 V to +30 V common mode range.

Tpt1256 has auxiliary input / output level, power input threshold and RXD output level of mobile input pin, and the device has mute mode, which is also commonly referred to as listen only mode. It includes many protection functions to enhance the robustness of devices and networks.
